THE ASK

When we were approached by the most beautiful, intelligent, hilarious client (ourselves), we knew we had to say yes.

While we have spent the majority of our professional lives building clean-cut B2B brands, we wanted to build a brand that leverages our corporate background. We used solution-oriented ideation, a clean layout, and strategic use of white space for a professional base, with the energy of one of those late 90s toy commercials flashing neon colors and screaming at you about the latest and greatest in super soaker technology.

THE how

We had to make a difficult decision: Do we build a brand that’s visually palpable and universally safe to the masses? Or do we build a brand that’s a bold reflection of ourselves? After all, how can we preach authenticity to clients if we’re not living it?

Before you throw a red flag on the play, we know your brand needs to speak to your target audience, not your personal preferences. That’s gospel when we work with clients. But in this case, we took a gamble. We believe our ideal clients will appreciate our fearlessness and embrace the unique aesthetic we bring to the table.

We’re excited to work with anyone and everyone, and we hope you’re able to look past the * gestures at the entirety of this colorful mess we lovingly call our brand * and see the expertise and reasoning behind our solutions, even if it means navigating a bit of  *gestures at the general chaos that is Open Coffin Creative and Strategy*
